We have spent many an afternoon shooting in windy weather in the mountains. Our problem now is having to wait while other shooters go out to re-erect their blown down targets! It is designed to hold 1x2" furring strips as the uprights for the targets (see pics). Staple a piece of cardboard across the strips and shoot many targets of all sizes and shapes before the cardboard or the fur strips need to be replaced.
